We are a student entrepreneurial leadership organization with a different approach to community service. Instead of donating time, money, and resources to people in need and leaving nothing changed, our focus is to build relationships with businesses, schools, and other community partners to bring about a more permanent solution. Our ultimate goal is to create long-lasting economic, social, and environmental improvements by assisting and empowering partners through goodwill, entrepreneurship, and service. We want to start a cycle of change, build mechanisms for it to to sustain itself, and watch it grow on its own.

For our members, who come from all majors and areas of study, we emphasize the importance of personal growth and professional development by encouraging independence, creativity, and business leadership.

Every spring we compete at a national level, and present our projects to a panel of judges who grade us on our community impact.
